Primos Pizza Birmingham LLC, doing business as Primo’s Pizza (“we,” “us,” or “our”) Additional Terms of Use – SMS and Texting
These Additional Terms of Use – SMS and Texting govern your use of the Primo’s Pizza SMS/text messaging programs specifically described below (“Texting Program”). These Additional Terms supplement the Primo’s Pizza Terms of Use, as well as any other additional terms identified during your use of the Texting Program(s), all of which are expressly incorporated herein by this reference. By participating in the Texting Program and signing up for mobile offers and text updates, you expressly consent and agree to receive recurring automated service-related and promotional text messages, including updates, alerts, and information (e.g., status updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers from or on behalf of Primo’s Pizza via SMS/text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
You can cancel and terminate your participation in the Texting Program service at any time by simply texting “STOP” to any SMS/text message received from Primo’s Pizza. We will send you a confirmation text and remove your mobile number from our Texting Program subscription list. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS/text messages to you.

To participate in a Texting Program, you must: – Be 18 years of age or older (or if you are under 18, you must use the Texting Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Additional Terms); – Be the current subscriber to the mobile number you register with the Texting Program, or are otherwise authorized to opt-in to participation in such program; and – Have a text messaging enabled mobile device with a current text messaging plan.
You also acknowledge that your agreement to receive these SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase. Your participation in the Texting Programs is completely voluntary.
You understand that your consent to the Texting Programs is tied to your mobile number, not to any Primo’s Pizza account or you, individually. Accordingly, if you share a mobile number with someone else, the most recent opt preference for that mobile number will apply.
Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. All charges are billed by and payable to your wireless provider. Primo’s Pizza does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. Message frequency varies.
Primo’s Pizza reserves the right to remove subscribers from our messaging database at our discretion.
In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile number it is your responsibility to notify Primo’s Pizza by updating your Primo’s Pizza account or contacting Primo’s Pizza customer support at (248) 642-1400.
Not all carriers support the numbers/short codes we use for a Texting Program. Primo’s Pizza, its service providers, and any carrier are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any text messages or undelivered text messages. Primo’s Pizza is not responsible for Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violations caused by a carrier network failure or malfunction.
These Additional Terms do not apply to order delivery notifications from delivery drivers, including when using a third-party mobile application or delivery service. These Additional Terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
